The Technology Manager will focus on two main areas:
- Developing the cognitive (context and personality aware) mobile and wearable technologies of Emozionella.
- Work as consultant in specific customer project
As a Technology Manager, you will deal with the following activities:
- Own the development of the proprietary Emozionella technology development and research.
- Work as consultant in specific customer project
- Project management skills: supervision of junior resources with the overall responsibility over deliverables quality, deadlines, and budget. You will manage all the aspects of your assignment, promptly reporting to your Manager possible problems that may occur, together with different alternative solutions to those problems.
- Effective presentation skills: Ability to synthesize a great amount of data in an effective presentation in a short period of time; dealing with clients and colleagues at all levels require to use the appropriate grade of details to shape messages correctly.
Customer focused activities
- Assessment and customer IT context comprehension: ability to describe current IT context and capabilities in terms of roles and processes, technology and applications, operating and sourcing models, infrastructures, etc.
- Evaluate feasibility of projects during concept Phase.
- Adaptation of Emozionella’s cognitive technology for the customer as scoped into the project.
- Satisfy any other customer related activities scoped into the project
Skills
- 3-5 year experience in mobile apps development and mobile technology architecture in consulting firms or big and international companies
- Solid experience in Smartwatches and wearables
- Master’s Degree
- Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
- Passion for technology trends e.g. analytics, IoT, digital devices, etc.
- Proven success
- Planning and coordination skills to meet commitments and quality expectations
- Leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
- fluent in English
Contract type:
